waiting for an answer...

went to church today with mr lai...bright in the morning i woke up,get ready and then we embark on our trip down to nlc~

first thing i got there...i was labelled with a sticker "friend of nlc: yvonne" i absolutely resented it but no choice the person was like "put it on...it's just a gesture of goodwill and we are just trying to welcome u" then i filled in my particulars on this form...the usual stuff name,address,email(didn't fill both coz i dun want them to send me anything),phone number (i gave...coz somehow u ought to leave a contact rite?!feel quite bad if i dun) then come the funny part(i think so) they have this statements that goes like:

[ ] I would like to know more about christianity
[ ] I would like to be baptised
[ ] I was introduced to christianity by so-and-so
[ ] I would like to come back to church
(some sort of this type of question...)

guess what i was looking for the " [ ] I am not interested in all of the above" but apparently they didn't have it so well,never mind...didn't tick any hee!then we went in the room where the service(is tt what u call it?) was held...

first thing they did was sing song of praises...i was like staring here there everywhere and feeling pretty awkward about the entire thing coz everyone was singing and i wasn't feeling part of it at all and i have no idea where my goosepimples kept standing haha!then they invited this guest speaker...what elder yeo,some banker guy from sf church who plans a early retirement and came back to sg...then he started talking about the 5 M's... magnification,mission,membership and i forgot what's the other 2 was...okie fine yes it sounded pretty like what u hear in CME classes but now he adds in GOD...all right fine i understand~tt's like a religion so u sure have to mention about the ultimate one...

then came this ridiculous part when he talked about this 2 best friends who were working at the WTC right on the day of the 911 incident...one survived,the other didn't...guess why?coz she is superwoman?!no...coz she is a vampire?no...very simple!coz she is a CHRISTIAN!!!c'mon!!!what crap?!so does tt mean tt all christian in the 911 incident survive while those who are not didn't?!!!this is so ridiculous!!!somemore it came out of a elder...who is suppose to be pretty respectable i think~tt is like so narrow-minded thinking...it is so laughable!

and once he said tt i remember my sec school phy teacher,mr choo once said smth similar too...what he said was worse~"u know why the terrorists chose to bomb USA and not singapore?!coz christians in singapore pray everyday!!!"ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!it is so absurd!!!!!!!!!!to the extreme!!!!!!!!!!!

i understand tt most christians have this overwhelmed passion about their religion and they are always very ready to share their religion and sad to say,sometimes they tend to overdo things...SERIOUSLY!!!and they never take no coz i think they believe tt it is the way God is giving them a challenge or smth...and one other thing i can't take it is they always give credits to God!!!u know it's like...one put in 6 hrs of studying everyday before exams and then they do well for the exams...first thing they do "thank God for giving me the strength to pull through this obstacle...thank God for letting me do well...thank God for blah blah blah...and so on" please!!!!give some credit to YOURSELF!!!u deserve it!u should give urself a pat on ur back and say "well done!"

i dunno how many millions of peopl i'm gonna offend with this blog but i can't care less...drop in ur views if u oppose coz from what i learnt today...there is like 3.5billions of the world populations who are non-christians...the figure i dunno whether correct not but somehow there i think...wait!i'm not done yet...answer this questions if u can too...think about it

1. If God created adam and eve and they ate the forbidden fruits and start mating,have children...wouldn't there be incest all over the family tree?!
2. And if tt is the case...wouldn't all of us be children of god?!so we are all related...and who goes to hell?!
3. How do u explain the different races?
4. And since God is so loving,why would he want ppl to suffer?!Why would there be a discrepancy in people's wealth?!Shouldn't all be equal beings?!

i can't play sobz!

maplestory isn't working!!!boo!!!some sercurity resetting thing...dunno what they doing make the whole system screw up argh!!!now i can't play...haven't played the past 2 days =( and now they do smth silly to the whole place ahhhhhh!make me mad!

the worst is my sims 2 ain't working...i was installing it then after the 1st disc it doesn't continue to the second one ahhhh!!!nothing is going right!i'm driven mad!!!booooo!!!

been babysitting my uncle's children this 2 days...stayed over at his place last nite hahaha!tell u it was a disaster for me...coz i can't sleep!!!i have been such a nocturnal animal all along...after the exams i became a dracula at night all the way to 5-6am then i turn in before the sun rises to melt me...then last nite i tried sleeping at 1040pm...bad choice i did doze off alittle but after fifteen mins or so,i was so awake!!!couldn't get back to sleep...i got up and read till one plus then tried sleeping again,it simply resisted me!and guess what i tossed and turned and eventually at 0645am aunty judy came in to switch off the aircon and pull up the blinds and open the windows...welcome to the nature!lol i can hear the birds chirping and all the insect noises bright in the morning hahaha!o well well...wonderful isn't it?!laze there for another hour or so...the 3 little monkeys woke up and start scrambling around hahhaa!and i woke up at like around 8 or so?!healthy lifestyle for a change hahha!

took my influenza jab at my uncle's gp...ouch painful know?! -pouts- but i like the doctor..she very cute and very friendly haha!then she told me.."oh no u better dun tell the children they were all so brave,didn't complain know?!never mind give u a certificate of bravery...(some letter to remind me tt i took it today)" so cute and friendly and nice hahha!

i'm feeling rather tired now though i took a short nap in the afternoon...yawn!but i wanna play games...lalallaallalalalaa!i'm incorrigible i know i know lol...holidays are like tt right?!hee!

can't wait...it's gonna be so muccccccchhhh fun!

weeee!went to get some winter clothings today...it's real nice!one cream colour 3 quart long jacket for my skiing trip...wooo!it's gonna be fun!!!auntie amanda says we gonna spent one night in the city and do our shopping for the ski equipments and get the appropriate clothings wow!think it's gonna cost a bomb!!!

after one night there we will go up into the mountains and stay for 10-11days...five days one skiing!o man i tell u the apartment tt they rent is so pretty!!!my auntie showed me the picture...gosh!it's beautiful!very big...have like four bedrooms...one hot tub within the compounds...a big living room and a nice dining room...and right outside is the skiing place...nice nice!i think she said it's 3000 ft...so real spacious and big!we sorta rent it for the 10 days...so can u imagine the owner must be darn rich?!o man!the more i remember the cosy looking cushions,big sofas and their comfy beds with big fluffy pillows i just can't wait to get there...

then just now when i was at my uncle's place they had a video conversation with their friend in korea...apparently they asked the friend to get winter clothings for my uncle and being nice ppl they help to get for his 3 kids too...so nice and pretty!and think it's much cheaper too...then the korean couple so cute...it was like a fashion parade every detail was clearly stated hahaha!so funny...then the korean couple ask the kids to put on the winter clothings to show my uncle and auntie the clothings...real cute...i wanna get a webcam too!!!ahhhhh!lol so much fun hahaha!

okie gotta go...blair is waiting to play maplestory with me hahaha!go play too it's fun!!! =) tata!

i'm not crazy i'm just a little unwell...

bad day bad day!i fell sick...first thing in the morning feeling lethargic all over then took 2 panadols on an empty stomach hence resulting in gastric...felt so terrible during the journey to school...wanna throw up but somehow i can't and i feel so floaty as if i'm i'm a bus or smth bleahh!halfway through the paper i left the examination hall...seen the doctor and he said i have some form of gastricitis or smth...got an mc then i realise there's no sub-paper to retake...have to take it next sem =( well anyway the paper was tough...dunno if it's me but i can't seem to think properly SIGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!next sem take chemistry...any interested party?

have you ever woke up one late afternoon and feel as though ur whole body is aching and the twelve hours of sleep u just had is not enuff and wish for the entire day to re-sleep to rest ur tired self? *stretch* uhhhhh how i wish i can!!!

no idea why so tired...maybe because i was out the whole day yesterday?perhaps perhaps...i had my computing paper in the morning then i met up with mr llq, wanted to catch a show but no tickets!boo!anyway we went walking around town ---starving!and finally decided to eat crystal jade xiao long bao~wow!yummy yummy! *slurps* (oh jeff go eat k...u bound to love it!) after the delicious meal...we walk to borders then down to forum where they have the all-time favourite "TOYS'RUS" (is that how u spell it?anyway...) oh man~saw so pretty many people shopping there for xmas presents...awww!makes me think of my xmas days way back when i was a young child...i remember i will go shopping with my mum and my brother then we will grab like eight toys for my cousins and 2 for me & my brother lol!those were the days...well now we all grown up so the present-buying rituals stopped!*sniff*

i wish in future maybe i'll marry some guys who's family have the customary buying presents rituals then i can follow and then i can go toys'rus too and grab a trolley and filled it with presents~woo!so exciting!!!haha!okie i wanna get married hahaa! *boinks* tt's too fast...oh oh one more thing i saw the toy 'my little pony' awww they are so cute~i remember having a few of them...one in purple but i lost it i think...haha!but ya seeing them brought back fond memories and i love the cartoons though i dun remember the contents hahaa!

anyway after our kiddish,memory refreshed trip to forum...we went to meet poh yian to get xuan's birthday present! (oh anyway it's her birthday today...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!) we rushed here and there like mad dogs...and eventually bought this skirt for her haha!it's nice~pretty clubbish though...well she can wear it soon if she goes since exams ending soon anyway lol!oh both me and py thinks tt daniel,xuan's bf is really one sweet guy...coz it's like xuan is a vegetarian,so when daniel is together with her...he will automatically eat tt too~not only that,he indulges her in chocolates and lotsa yummy food haha!always hear them eating here and there...always very considerate~also also when going home...daniel stay in town,xuan somewhere off town...but daniel will make it a point to send her all the way home regardless what...sweet yea?!okie enuff singing praise~haha!but i feel happy for xuan! *hugs* miss ya miss ya!

then me and py went to meet jasmin~our all-time hot babe lol!she is really one-of-a-kind beauty...this x-factor tt appeals to almost every guy and yup she definitely dun need to spend any $$$ to get drinks coz it just come to her lol!she is really nice to talk to...and very funny also!haha!i misssing her already~anyway beside tt point,we had a great time hanging out last nite at city hall cartel...she was telling us about her attachment at raffles hotel...knew alot of behind the scenes stuff...interesting!i wanna work as a hotelier too...tt would be so much fun!!!perhaps i should have gone poly way back then haha!but yup we talk talk talk till one plus haha...it's crazy but nonetheless enjoyable haha!

nigel gave me this huge bottle filled with tons of chocolates for my birthday!!!so memorable!also after first 3 mths during the orientation one of the go crazy ppl lol...so fun so nice!i wanna do the college dance~lost in emotion haha!

dot...the hyper energetic vice-chair of aquila...think she so funny haha!always smiling smiling...nice cool girl!then come up with the cheerleading stuff too...fantastic!

fel...her nice 'famous amos' alike cookies during the fund-raising thing back then~and what will odac do without fel?!her sunshine smile...hee!

i miss the old sr days...can't turn back time~if only i can...i will turn it back many many time to relieve those days...ahhh!!!
